Overview
iCloud allows the synchronization of media library information, such as playlists, across multiple devices.
Requirements
- Sign in with the same iCloud ID on all devices.
- Enable iCloud Drive on all devices.
- Enable synchronization in VidHub settings > Sync > iCloud Sync.
- Ensure sufficient storage space in iCloud for synchronization.
- Use the latest version of VidHub on all devices.
- All devices can use different iCloud and App Store IDs. To use iCloud sync, you need to use the same iCloud ID on all devices.
What gets synchronized
- Saved network shares (address, username, password, etc.)*
- Saved bookmarks
- Saved home screen layouts (list & bookmarks)
- Playlists
Removing iCloud data
To remove data synced to iCloud, follow these steps:
On iOS:
- Open Settings > tap on your profile picture > iCloud > Manage Storage.
- Scroll down and find the VidHub entry.
- Tap on "Delete Data" option displayed.
