What should I do if my Mac connects to multiple networks?

​ 1. Check the network your Roku device is connected to Settings -> Network -> About

​ 2. Open the network preferences on your Mac, then close all other network connections except the network to which your Roku device is connected.

​ 3. Restart the app and retry.
